La Cantera Business Centre - further Information
New businesses can be set up in the La Cantera Enpresaldea for the first few years to facilitate the start-up of new business initiatives supported by Lan Ekintza-Bilbao and to establish networks and cooperation between the new companies.
Location
You can find it in the central district of San Francisco, at Plaza Cantera 5, in a self-contained, three-storey building covering 1,419 sq. mts., where activities to boost the economy and employment in the area are carried out.
The metro (Casco Viejo station) provides the La Cantera Business Centre with excellent communications with the city centre. Also there are buses (Routes Nº 11, 22, 50, 56, 58, 72, 75, 77 and 85).
Equipment, services and facilities
The Enpresaldea has the following equipment and services:
- 10 modules for businesses, between 10 and 15 sq.mts.
- 2 meeting rooms holding 8 people, properly equipped for use by new businesses.
- Full telephony and wiring system with RJ-11 sockets.
- Security staff.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning.
