This is ten minutes from the city centre on the Basurto - Kastrexana Road, going to Balmaseda. It stands on a 22,000 sq mts plot in a sports and garden zone, next to the Bilbao Youth Hostel, overlooking most of the city and the river.
The New Technology Business Centre there are excellent communications from Kastrexana to the city by bus (route nº 58) and along the Motorway A-8.
Equipment, services and facilities
The Centre consists of three inter-communicating buildings on split levels, covering 1,590 sq. mts., of which 605 are used for the modules.
This new Business Centre has the following equipment and services:
- 17 modules for businesses, between 21 and 77 sq.mts.
- Assembly hall, with an independent entrance from the rest of the building, covering 110 sq. mts and holding 80 people. There is a reception and cloakroom service, in addition to the latest technology (video-conferencing, simultaneous translation, public address and projectors).
